In private pilot

WhatsApp business messaging, without the plumbing.

Relay66 is a managed WhatsApp Business API channel for companies and the agencies that run messaging on their behalf - one API to send, signed webhooks to receive, and a hub to manage numbers, templates and conversations.

A WhatsApp channel that is actually managed

Number onboarding, message templates, media and delivery status handled as one channel. You get a working WhatsApp presence instead of a stack of Meta consoles and half-finished approvals.

One API to send, signed webhooks to receive

Send with a single REST call. Every inbound message and status change arrives as a signed webhook with retries behind it, so your systems stay in step without polling for changes.

A hub for the people running it day to day

Conversations, contacts, templates, channels and usage in one place. The everyday work of running a messaging channel should not need a developer on standby.

Who it is for

Built for the people who answer the messages.

Businesses with real conversation volume

Support, order updates, reminders and notifications at a scale where a shared inbox and a personal phone have stopped being enough.

Agencies running messaging for clients

A separate account per client, each with its own channels, credentials and usage, all under a single relationship with us.

Where this is going

WhatsApp first. Not WhatsApp only.

Underneath the channel is a provider-agnostic gateway: one account model, one send API and one event pipeline, designed from the start to carry more than a single messenger. Additional channels and automation follow the same shape.

We would rather run one channel properly than list five and support none of them, so WhatsApp is what we are putting our name to today.

We are onboarding a small number of businesses.

The platform is live and we are working with a handful of companies and agencies while we harden it. If that sounds like you, send us a note about what you are trying to send and to whom.
